ABS Ltd. took part in the 74th Fiera del Levante Fair in Bari, Italy. The trip was organized thanks to the Italian Trade Commission Sofia, Bulgaria and the Italian Trade Commission Bari, Italy. The objective of the fair is to establish partnerships with Italian companies in the fields of RES, environmental issues and sustainable civil engineering.

The main purpose of the “Fiera del Levante” is surely to internationalize the economy of southern Italy and aims to develop the economies of Balkan countries in Eastern Europe.

Companies from Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania took part in a numerous events trying to establish good relations with the Puglia region and the Balkans. Companies in the Puglia region were visited to exchange know-how.

Representative of Suntech Power China visited our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

During the visit the Photovoltaic industry in Bulgaria was discussed in details and future predictions for its development were made. Furthermore, additional cooperation opportunities between ABS Ltd. and Suntech Power China were on the agenda.

After the decision of ABS Ltd. - Advanced Business Solutions for initiating a second big photovoltaic project, our company decided to secure its supplies of Photovoltaic modules.

Our Management is visiting Chinese Solar modules manufacturers based near Shanghai in the beginning of August 2010.

There will be discussed future supplies of solar modules for our company and possibilities for new collaborations. The development of the Eastern Europe region will be also important agenda during the visit. Eastern Europe is attracting more investors in the RES sector and early entry of Chinese manufacturers may be a big competitive advantage.
